Hatwel services have acted on behalf of commercial landlords and local authorities  with a very successful collection rate.

We provide a service that is quick and efficient  & which is second to none.

Many people in business wait until the last minute to pay debts, as well as prioritising those that appear most pressing

If landlords allow themselves to be a soft touch, this can lead to poor cash flow for that Landlord

You will be surprised how quickly the atmosphere can be changed by an efficient bailiff service.

The Law of Distress eliminates the need for Landlords to commence long drawn out action against defaulting tenants through the courts.

When a tenant starts getting into arrears with rent, the landlord can avoid large debts accruing by contacting HATWEL SERVICES either by fax, post or e-mail with an instruction to commence distress action.

Once instruction has been received from our client, one of our highly skilled & professional Certificated Bailiffs will attend the property and Distrain upon the goods and chattels of the debtor and collect payment that is outstanding.

All of the Certificated bailiffs employed by HATWEL SERVICES have been trained to the highest standard and will keep the client informed of each stage of the distraint process.

ALL COSTS INCURRED BY THE CERTIFICATED BAILIFF WILL BE COLLECTED FROM THE DEBTOR - INCURRING THE CLIENT IN NO COSTS

Hatwel Services have undertaken forfeiture of leases on behalf of landlords by peacefully entering demised properties once instruction has been received.

One of our highly skilled Certificated bailiffs will attend the property with a professional locksmith and once access has been obtained, we will then   proceed to secure notices of the termination of the lease and secure the premises.
